Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience
- basic cash handling knowledge
- Food Handling Certification
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- good communication skills in English
- physical ability to lift and bend
- willingness to comply with dress code
- willingness to wear PPE if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience is beneficial
- experience handling cash is desired
- prior barista experience is helpful but not mandatory
- basic math skills and counting proficiency
- ability to work independently
- proficiency in English reading and communication
- compliance with recipes
- possession of Food Handling Certification
- adherence to dress code
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required
Job Duties
- Navigate a register/POS system to conduct transactions accurately
- welcome and assist customers with a friendly and attentive attitude
- prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand specifications
- prepare and present food items meeting establishment standards
- maintain cash drawer balance, record transactions, and deposit money into the bank
- follow cash handling policies and procedures
- install and dismantle coffee bar and workstations to ensure cleanliness and organization
- clean and sanitize equipment and workspace regularly
- manage inventory of drink chillers, snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- adhere to health and safety protocols during preparation
- perform additional tasks as assigned by managers
