Job Requirements
- Must have 1 year position experience in customer service
- Ability to work at 5:30 am
- Must be able to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Reliable and punctual

- Knowledge of menu items and ability to promote specials
- Skill in using point-of-sale systems
- Ability to serve beverages responsibly according to regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
- Clean and set up tables
- Complete closing duties
- Provide standard directions to guests
- Other duties as assigned
