Job Requirements

  • Must have 1 year position experience in customer service
  • Ability to work starting at 5:30 AM
  • Must comply with federal, state, and local beverage service regulations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must have 1 year position experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus and promotions
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized service area
  • Understanding of beverage service including alcoholic beverages
  • Capability to work early morning shifts
  • Friendly and efficient customer service approach

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
  • Clean and set up tables
  • Complete closing duties
  • Provide standard directions to guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
