Job Requirements
- Must have 1 year position experience in customer service
- Ability to work starting at 5:30 AM
- Must comply with federal, state, and local beverage service regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must have 1 year position experience in customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and promotions
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized service area
- Understanding of beverage service including alcoholic beverages
- Capability to work early morning shifts
- Friendly and efficient customer service approach
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
- Clean and set up tables
- Complete closing duties
- Provide standard directions to guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
