Job Requirements

- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Interest in learning about coffee and tea products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- Welcomes customers and engages with them throughout their store experience
- Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Serves customers with a sense of urgency, demonstrating a customer-first mentality
- Prepares drinks and brews coffee and tea consistently with high quality
- Participates in training sessions to learn new and promotional products and expand product knowledge
- Maintains a clean and well-stocked store environment
- Works collaboratively in a team setting to meet operational needs
