Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in a barista or similar role
- Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work comfortably in year-round outdoor conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months' experience within the same or similar position
- Experience in cafe, coffee shop, or hotel/resort preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages in a fast-paced take-out setting
- Provide warm, genuine, and efficient service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the cafe, storage, and service areas at all times
- Manage daily inventory, monitor product levels, and communicate promptly with management regarding reorders or shortages
- Comply with all Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures
