Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds
- Willingness to perform duties outside normal scope based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Enjoy preparing specialty coffees, tea, beverages, and food items
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with guests
- Open to learning, development, and personal growth
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Experience in luxury hotel environment is a plus
- Trustworthy with integrity
Job Duties
- Prepare all specialty coffee and tea drinks to specified standards
- Provide professional, friendly, and timely service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment, counter, prep, and stocking areas
- Participate in ongoing service training and menu knowledge development
- Provide daily and weekly inventory of coffee, tea, beverages, and supplies
- Polish silverware and glassware regularly
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
