Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista preferred
- availability to work full-time, part-time, or seasonal schedules including Fridays through Sundays
- ability to follow food safety and service standards
- capability to perform customer service duties
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred
- ability to interact positively with customers
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- skills in operating POS systems
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes
- enters orders into POS device and manages payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies
- maintains proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- ensures cleanliness and order of equipment and workstations
- greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
- merchandises food attractively and assists customers with buying decisions
