- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Display a congenial appearance
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- Attend daily communications, service meetings, weekly staff meetings and monthly department meetings
- Effectively communicate with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
- Practice effective listening and seek to understand
- Maintain cleanliness of the immediate work area and general property
- Do not sleep on duty
- Maintain behavior consistent with sexual harassment and hostile work environment policies
- Greet all guests in a timely, friendly and professional manner and ensure service standards compliance
- Possess food, wine and liquor knowledge as preferred
- Brew coffee and tea and fill containers with requested beverages
- Wrap menu items such as sandwiches, hot entrees and desserts and assist pastry department packaging retail items
- Clear, clean, reset and maintain Sea Beans work area during shift
- Assist other attendants to provide the best possible service as per Sea Beans Standards of Service Manual
- Understand Sea Beans product and equipment processes
- Handle all guest checks according to hotel policy
- Follow cash handling and room post procedures
- Work with and support other servers
- Maintain pars and equipment as needed to accomplish tasks
- Complete side work assigned by manager or supervisor
- Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow directions from manager at all times
- Notify supervisor immediately of customer complaints
- Maintain proper uniform and nametag at all times
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
