Job Requirements
- Barista experience or prior food and beverage service background
- Previous retail or hospitality experience delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment
- Ability to pass an FAA background check
- Must be available on weekends
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Craft and serve Peet's signature beverages, ensuring quality and consistency
- Welcome and greet customers warmly, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and store management
- Operate POS systems efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe and sales area, following health and safety standards
- Stock and replenish merchandise and coffee supplies on the sales floor and backroom
- Assist with retail sales, including answering product questions and recommending items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak travel times
