- previous customer service or barista experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow detailed preparation standards
- basic math proficiency

Job Duties

- operate coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently
- handle customer transactions accurately and courteously
- restock supplies as needed
- assist in inventory management and reporting
