Job Duties
- maintains operation of the Coffee Shop in the Manager's absence
- greet each guest within 15 seconds with a verbal or non-verbal greeting, smile and eye contact
- proactively engage guests in conversation
- seek opportunities to educate and suggestively sell
- execute all company initiatives
- be self directed and independent
- interact with volunteers in a patient and professional manner
