Job Duties
- Maintain operation of the Coffee Shop in the manager's absence
- greet each guest within 15 seconds with a verbal or non-verbal greeting, smile and eye contact

- execute all company initiatives
- interact with volunteers in a patient and professional manner
- be flexible in work schedule to meet the demands of a busy retail environment
