Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- Respond to guest requests with urgency and genuine warmth ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow during peak hours without compromising quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately and with integrity managing deposits
- Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations and preparing for upcoming shifts
- Represent the hotel professionally maintaining high standards in appearance and customer interaction
