Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud background noise
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis

Job Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage preparation
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems

Job Duties
- Make drinks and food items for guests
- Utilize excellent customer service skills
- Ensure correct recipes are followed for quality control and guest satisfaction
- Comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety
- Assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies
- Put away all food and beverage deliveries as needed in the correct areas
- Ensure all perishable items are correctly sealed and dated
- Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the Coffee Shop
- Check for expiration dates on all perishable products
- Exhibit excellent working knowledge of the Point of Sale system
- Follow the proper cleaning and operation of ice cream machine and adhere to the cleaning and maintenance schedule
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
