Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- knowledge of drink preparation and recipes
- ability to use Point of Sale systems
- understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Make drinks and food items for guests
- utilize excellent customer service skills
- ensure correct recipes are followed for quality control and guest satisfaction
- comply with all Federal, State, and Local Laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety
- assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies
- put away all food and beverage deliveries as needed in the correct areas
- ensure all perishable items are correctly sealed and dated
- maintain cleanliness and overall organization of coffee shop
- check for expiration dates on all perishable products
- demonstrate excellent working knowledge of the Point of Sale system
- follow the proper cleaning and operation of ice cream machine and adhere to the cleaning and maintenance schedule
- perform additional duties as requested by management
