Job Requirements
- Food handler card
- Alcohol awareness card
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Capability to work in an environment with loud background noise
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds occasionally
- Physical ability to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, and squat
- Ability to listen and respond to visual and aural cues

- Excellent guest service skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation procedures
- Ability to comply with alcohol sales and safety regulations
- Experience with stocking and inventory management
- Familiarity with food safety practices including sealing and dating perishables
- Proficient use of point of sale systems
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in a food service environment
- Capability to operate and maintain kitchen machinery like ice cream machines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Make drinks and food items for guests
- Utilize excellent customer service skills
- Follow drink recipes and correct procedures in drink preparation
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety
- Assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies
- Put away all food and beverage deliveries in the correct areas as needed
- Ensure all perishable items are sealed and dated correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of coffee shop
- Check expiration dates on all perishable products
- Use the point of sale system efficiently
- Clean and operate the ice cream machine according to cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
