  • previous barista experience (3+ years)
  • ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
  • basic proficiency with office software and communication tools
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • punctual and professional demeanor
  • willingness to learn photography and social media management

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with a focus on quality and customer service
  • assist with administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, handling mail, and maintaining office organization
  • greet staff and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and positive atmosphere
  • provide general assistance to the team, helping with various office-related tasks as needed
  • capture photos and videos of office events, activities, and milestones
  • support social media updates to reflect company culture
  • document and maintain a visual and organizational record of the office and team activities
