Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be available to work all major stadium events, including Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, concerts, and private events
- Must adhere to Legends’ grooming and uniform standards
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks to exact standards
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and deliver quick, accurate service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding service areas
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies such as syrups, cups, lids, and milk as needed
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Legends’ quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak times
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events
- Perform other duties as assigned
