Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-volume airport environment
  • Must comply with local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Ability to follow safety and food handling procedures
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitable and customer service-oriented
  • Able to lift 35 lbs in weight
  • Familiarity with espresso and coffee machines and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Proficient with computers and processing payment information through the POS system
  • Able to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
  • Prepare coffee and beverages per OTG specifications
  • Provide hospitality and exceptional experiences to OTG guests
  • Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system as needed
  • Provide suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions or allergies, reply to guest questions and concerns
  • Follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness in service stations
