Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food service or customer-facing role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation desirable
- Ability to learn and operate POS systems and other technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with menu questions
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items accurately
- Operate registers efficiently to handle customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe and displays
- Unpack deliveries and restock inventory following FIFO practices
- Support bookfloor team when required
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures and address customer and store issues professionally
