Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and recommend beverages and café items
- Maintain attractive café presentation and cleanliness
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with FIFO product handling practices
- Support the bookfloor team and loss prevention efforts
