Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Job Duties
- Welcome customers warmly and assist with beverage and café item choices
- Prepare food and drinks accurately using recipes and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of café and bakery areas
- Operate registers and technology efficiently to serve customers quickly
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Support bookfloor team when needed
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures diligently
