Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- answer questions and connect readers with the right beverages and cafe items
- maintain the cafe's attractive presentation and cleanliness
- unpack and stock deliveries efficiently and accurately
- operate registers quickly and professionally
- prepare food and drinks with accuracy using recipe guides and product knowledge
- support the bookfloor team when needed
