Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year experience in customer service preferred
- Previous barista or server experience desirable
- Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic math competencies
- Skilled in understanding customer preferences
- Effective communication skills
- Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, twist, and reach as required
- Ability to operate mechanical and brewing equipment
- Close vision capabilities for equipment work
- Ability to lift light to moderate weights
- Ability to work in confined spaces and maintain regular predictable attendance
Job Qualifications

- Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable
- Willingness to learn innovative coffee techniques and equipment

Job Duties
- Maintains mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving company, store, and individual objectives
- Attention to detail when preparing quality beverages, retail items, and food products while following all recipe, quality, and health and safety standards
- Keeps a clean, organized, and fully operational workstation and reports maintenance needs
- Anticipates customer and store needs by observing cues and environment
- Communicates productively with team and management, helps train new members, and contributes to a positive team and store culture
- Acts with transparency, integrity, and commitment in promoting company culture and mission
- Adheres to operational policies including cash handling, safety, and health regulations
- Celebrates team and individual successes while supporting store morale
- Maintains a customer-first attitude with a calm demeanor at all times
