Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive bending and lifting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to use computers, tablets, and registers comfortably
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and provide helpful responses to questions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately according to recipes and standards
- Operate registers and technology efficiently to process sales quickly
- Maintain attractive and tidy presentation of the café display and seating areas
- Unpack deliveries and restock café products promptly and accurately
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- Support store team and contribute to loss prevention and customer safety efforts
