Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and café items according to established recipes
- Operate cash registers efficiently and provide professional customer service
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately and maintain inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the café area and dining spaces
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures consistently
- Support the bookfloor team when necessary and adhere to loss prevention policies
