Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and recommend appropriate beverages and cafe items
- Operate registers quickly and efficiently to provide professional service
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe and bake case
- Prepare food and beverages accurately following recipe guides and safety standards
- Support loss prevention efforts and apply de-escalation techniques when necessary
