Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a café or customer service role advantageous
- Ability to use varied technology including registers and tablets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards helpful
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist them with beverage and café item selection
- Maintain the attractive presentation and cleanliness of the café and merchandising displays
- Operate registers efficiently to provide quick, professional service
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately and tidily
- Prepare food and beverages correctly following recipes and quality standards
- Follow café safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures diligently
- Support the bookfloor team when required and assist in loss prevention efforts
