Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to support multiple store locations as needed
- Compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selections
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe area
- Operate registers quickly and accurately to provide efficient customer service
- Unpack and stock deliveries while ensuring accurate inventory management
- Prepare food and drinks correctly using recipes and guidelines
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards
- Support the bookstore team and adhere to loss prevention procedures
