Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to support multiple store locations as needed
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selections
  • Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe area
  • Operate registers quickly and accurately to provide efficient customer service
  • Unpack and stock deliveries while ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Prepare food and drinks correctly using recipes and guidelines
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards
  • Support the bookstore team and adhere to loss prevention procedures
