Job Requirements

  • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to operate registers and point of sale technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
  • Answer customer questions and connect them with the right beverages and cafe items
  • Maintain the attractive presentation of the cafe and dining areas
  • Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
  • Operate registers quickly and professionally
  • Make food and drinks properly according to recipes and guidelines
  • Perform daily and weekly cafe cleaning and sanitation tasks
