Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with a cheerful and helpful attitude
- Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Use registers and technology to process transactions quickly
- Unpack, stock deliveries, and maintain cafe presentation
- Clean and tidy the bakery case and dining areas regularly
- Support the bookfloor team when needed
- Follow safety, hygiene, and loss prevention procedures consistently
