Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation preferred
- Ability to operate technology such as registers and tablets effectively

- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new skills and information quickly
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist them with their beverage and cafe item selections
- Maintain attractive presentation of the cafe and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift
- Operate registers efficiently to provide prompt and professional service
- Unpack deliveries accurately and stock inventory in compliance with FIFO practices
- Prepare beverages and food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Support the bookfloor team as needed to enhance overall store performance
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures and assist in managing difficult situations with customers or team members
