Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lift, and walk extensively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards
- Willingness to support multiple store locations if needed

Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect readers with the right beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Operate registers quickly and courteously
- Prepare food and drinks following recipe guides and product specs
- Support the bookfloor team and follow loss prevention procedures
