Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to use technology including registers and tablets

- Willingness to learn new skills and acquire product knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and recommend beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Make food and drinks accurately following recipes and guidelines
- Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store safety standards
