Job Requirements
- maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- be flexible to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting
- willingness to support other stores within the cluster if needed
- comply with company policies and procedures
- demonstrate willingness to learn and master barista skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use technology including registers, tablets, and computers comfortably
- ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- welcome customers cheerfully and assist them in selecting beverages and cafe items
- maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- operate registers efficiently and provide professional customer service
- unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to uphold cafe hygiene
- follow product dating and FIFO (First In First Out) procedures
- support the bookfloor team and loss prevention efforts
