Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or cafe environments advantageous

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and develop barista skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selection
  • Maintain cafe presentation and cleanliness, including bake case and dining area
  • Operate registers efficiently ensuring professional customer service
  • Unpack and stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare food and drinks following recipes and quality standards
  • Follow first in first out (FIFO) inventory and product dating procedures
  • Support bookfloor team when needed and adhere to loss prevention and de-escalation procedures
