Job Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect them with suitable beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Prepare food and beverages properly following recipes and guide materials
- Support the bookfloor team and assist with store loss prevention and customer de-escalation
