Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and use varied technology including registers and tablets

- Aptitude for accurate food and beverage preparation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and guide beverage and café item selections
- Maintain attractive presentation of café and ensure cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Tidy bake cases and dining areas regularly
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Support the bookfloor team and store operations as needed
