Job Qualifications

- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to store needs
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect readers with the right beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Prepare food and drinks using recipe guides and product specifications
- Support the bookfloor team and loss prevention procedures as needed
