Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- Commitment to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer questions and connect readers with the right beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation of the cafe and dining area
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Operate registers quickly and friendly
- Make food and drinks accurately using recipe guides
- Maintain cafe cleanliness through daily and weekly cleaning tasks
