Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and assist in selecting beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Operate registers quickly and accurately
- Prepare food and drinks according to standards
- Support loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques
