- Previous customer service or barista experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale technology

Job Duties
- Welcome customers warmly and answer their questions
- Prepare beverages and food items accurately using recipe guides
- Operate registers efficiently and provide professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of cafe and dining areas
- Unpack and stock deliveries promptly and accurately
- Support visual merchandising for cafe counters and retail fixtures
- Follow safety, hygiene and loss prevention procedures consistently
