- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect them with the right beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Tidy bakes case and dining area
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Follow FIFO practices and ensure consistent dating of products
