Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- reliable and punctual attendance
- flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to work collaboratively with others

Job Duties
- welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selection
- maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe area
- operate registers efficiently and provide professional customer service
- unpack and stock deliveries accurately and promptly
- prepare food and drinks according to recipes and standards
- execute daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene
- support bookfloor team and other store functions as needed
