Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is advantageous
- Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology including registers and tablets
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Prepare food and drinks accurately following recipes and guidelines
- Use registers and technology efficiently to process transactions
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack, stock deliveries and organize inventory
- Support bookfloor team as needed
- Follow safety, hygiene, and loss prevention procedures
