Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
- Be flexible to fill scheduling gaps including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
- Positive and willing approach to assigned tasks
- Supportive and considerate of colleagues
- Cheerful and customer-focused attitude
- Physical ability to perform prolonged standing, bending, lifting and walking

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or cafe role is an asset
- Ability to operate registers and handling technology confidently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is beneficial
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect readers with the right beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Prepare food and drinks following recipes and quality standards
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning and sanitation tasks
