Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- answer customer questions and connect them with the right beverages and cafe items
- maintain the attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- operate registers efficiently to provide professional service
- assist with unpacking, stocking deliveries, and tidying the bakes case and dining area
- prepare food and drinks accurately following recipes and guidelines
- support loss prevention and maintain store safety
