Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- Flexible availability including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting
- Willingness to work at multiple store locations if required
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Ability to learn and follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to use and operate café technology and equipment proficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is advantageous
- Ability to use technology including registers, tablets, and computers effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and café product knowledge
- Positive attitude and reliability in attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selection
- Operate registers quickly and accurately to ensure professional service
- Maintain café presentation and cleanliness including tidying bakes case and dining area
- Unpack, stock deliveries, and organize products effectively
- Prepare food and beverages properly using recipe guides and product knowledge
- Execute cleaning tasks and follow sanitation and FIFO procedures
- Support the book floor team and assist with loss prevention and de-escalation
