Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
- Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the store including availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays

- Demonstrate aptitude and willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting and walking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles advantageous
- Ability to learn and use point-of-sale systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and assist in beverage and cafe item selection
- Maintain the attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- Operate registers quickly and accurately to provide efficient service
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Tidy bake cases and dining areas
- Follow first in first out (FIFO) practices for product management
