Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- six months experience in beverage service including barista experience
- ability to operate espresso machines and point of sale systems
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- successful completion of background check and drug screening
- possession of Oklahoma food handler card
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- six months previous experience in beverage service industry
- preference given to barista experience
- ability to prepare and serve coffee beverages safely according to internal policies
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash control practices
- knowledge of food and beverage sanitation
- ability to read and interpret instructions in various formats
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
- prepare and serve brewed coffee and mixed coffee drinks like cappuccino and espresso
- prepare kiosk food items according to established recipes and procedures
- retrieve, prepare and stock coffee kiosk food items
- maintain kiosk area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner
- accept cash, credit cards, or complimentary vouchers as payment
- demonstrate an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty
- perform other related duties as assigned including cross training
- comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- maintain regular attendance
- work varying schedules including weekends and holidays as required
